Download Cover Letter and Resume in MS Word format. Debra J. Pelton Dear Hiring Manager, Thank you for your consideration during your search for a new Web Developer. I have 10+ years experience in a broad variety of Internet technologies and business environments and am intrigued by the opportunity. I am a bit of a rare breed having both a left and right brained personality. I transition easily between programming code, designing graphics, installing hardware, providing tech support, and generating sales while talking with customers. I thrive on the variety of being a "Jack of all trades" and take pride in providing employers or clients with a one-stop solution for their needs. Highlights of my professional experience include: - Customizing the business process and Internet based Help Desk solution for a regional Call Center, then training the employees who were to use it;
- Building an electronic version of a Personals magazine into a Content Management System using custom modules to focus on community driven appeal.
- Creating a web interface to monitor and handle reporting on a DriveCam Network used nationwide;
- Installed server and Content Management System on a centralized network to host multiple sites maintained by separate departments. Two existing sites required redesign, reorganization and extensive retooling of their content to be WC3 and ADA compliant. Another site was created while having the CMS functionality in mind during the planning stages.
Those points are a synopsis of not only what I can do, but what I enjoy doing. I am passionate and driven by taking on new challenges, motivated by the satisfaction of their successful completion. Your job opportunity seems to be just what I am looking for and I am confident that my personal and technical qualifications will convince you that I am a great fit for your company as well. Please contact me so that we may discuss this further. Enthusiastically, Debbie Pelton | | Debra J.
